1. Entertainment Only Notice
Prediction Engine is a community entertainment platform. All predictions are for fun only. This is NOT gambling, betting, or any form of wagering. Participation does not constitute a financial investment, and no monetary returns are guaranteed or implied.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate. By entering a prediction, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to verify age and deny participation to anyone who does not meet the eligibility criteria.
3. One Entry Per Person Per Question
Each individual may submit only one entry per prediction question. Entries are tracked by email address. Duplicate entries will be blocked. Any attempt to circumvent this limit may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any associated rewards.
4. Payment Rules
Each prediction entry costs $2.00 USD. This is a participation fee for entertainment purposes only—it is not a wager, bet, or investment. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your entry is only counted after successful payment.
5. No Guaranteed Reward
There is no guaranteed prize, payout, or reward for participating. Prediction Engine may, at its sole discretion, offer featured rewards, recognition, or promotional items to participants, but these are not guaranteed and should not be expected.
6. Fraud & Abuse Policy
Any fraudulent activity, manipulation of results, use of bots, creation of fake accounts, or other abuse of the platform will result in immediate disqualification and may result in permanent banning. We reserve the right to void entries obtained through fraudulent means.
7. Refund Policy
All entry fees are generally final and non-refundable. In rare cases, refunds may be issued at our sole discretion (e.g., technical errors, duplicate charges). To request a refund, contact us at the email below within 48 hours of payment.
8. Privacy & Data Collection
We collect email addresses and optional display names for participation tracking and community features. Payment is processed by Stripe—we do not store credit card details. If you opt in to marketing, we may send occasional emails about future predictions. You can opt out at any time. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
Prediction Engine and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Results displayed are for entertainment only and should not be used as the basis for any financial, personal, or professional decisions.
